Our doula services are designed to mirror the continuity, depth, and personalized care that families value in our midwifery model while remaining clearly non-medical support. We provide steady presence, evidence-based education, and grounded emotional support so you feel informed, confident, and deeply cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Pregnancy Support
- Two comprehensive in-person prenatal visits
- Scheduled virtual or phone check-ins
- Birth preferences planning and informed consent discussions
- Education on stages of labor and common interventions
- Hands-on comfort techniques and partner coaching
- Guidance on movements for optimal fetal positioning and pregnancy comfort
- Ongoing text and email support throughout pregnancy
Labor and Birth Support
- On-Call Availability 24/7 on-call support beginning at 38 weeks
- Early labor phone and text guidance
- Continuous Labor Support
- In-person support from active labor through early postpartum
- Position changes and labor progression support
- Counterpressure, massage, and comfort measures
- Breathing and grounding techniques
- Facilitation of communication with medical staff
- Emotional reassurance for both you and your partner
- 1–2 hours of support after birth
- Assistance with first feeding
- Initial recovery support
- Protection of bonding time
Postpartum Follow-Up
- One in-home visit within the first two weeks
- Birth story processing
- Feeding and adjustment guidance
- Ongoing text and email support for six weeks
- Referrals as needed
Investment – $3500
We accept HSA/FSA, and payment plans, but we are not contracted with any insruance companies.
